Job Summary
Provide technical expertise to the Government to assess technology evaluation and transition proposals for Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) projects; conduct macro-level business case analysis to verify value and cost impact; coordinate technology evaluation and transition applications with Navy stakeholders; review emerging FCT requirements, technologies, capabilities, and DoD teaming relationships; assess affordability; maintain records and documentation of Navy-related FCT efforts; develop quad-chart briefings and presentations for technical meetings; plan, host, attend and facilitate technical and programmatic meetings; provide Meeting Minutes; represent the FCT Program in CONUS/OCONUS events and program reviews; create database reports and develop presentation materials for executive-level presentations; develop materials for program working groups and S&T organizations; and perform coordination and facilitation tasks as assigned by the government.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in civil, mechanical, material, or industrial engineering or a closely related technical field in engineering and physical sciences
- 10+ years of experience in Science and Technology Development
- Ability to produce technical execution reports and reports on technical progress of S&T portfolio and update collaboration sites as necessary
- Experience in a combination of program management, Technology Evaluation & Exploitation, Fleet or Force Operations, Fleet Experimentation, DoN S&T organizations, and technology transition
- Individual must possess a SECRET US Government security at time of contract award
