Job Summary
Human Capital Analyst to support a team in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities include tracking billets with End of Tour/rotation dates, notifying leadership 90 days in advance of vacancies, executing administrative HR actions for accurate personnel transitions, coordinating transition actions among stakeholders, supporting onboarding/offboarding, drafting Welcome Aboard letters and onboarding materials, updating Welcome Aboard packages, providing offboarding guidance 60 days prior to departure, maintaining offboarding documentation in N1 systems, planning annual workforce planning/Working Group meetings, updating USAJobs templates, and developing an 18-month vacancy forecast. Requires a Bachelor's Degree (or 20+ years in US Government HR with no degree) and extensive HR experience in US Government personnel administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of experience in US Government Human Resource Management or have 20+ years of experience in US Government Human Resource Management with no degree.
- Demonstrated HR proficiency in US Government personnel administration by managing customer requirements across a broad range of tasks including supporting personnel recruiting and selection, supporting the onboarding logistics of newly reported personnel, briefing preparation, conference and meeting planning and staffing (to include video-teleconference arrangements), and supporting resolution of administrative, logistical and financial HR issues.
