Job Summary
Knowledge Management Specialist to support ONR Global in Arlington, VA. Provide Microsoft Dataverse Administration to integrate a suite of Microsoft Power Apps into Dataverse; add, delete, and edit Power App generated data; develop and implement Dataverse data governance policies; propose performance improvements for Power Apps populating Dataverse Tables; design data configuration standards for Dataverse Tables to maximize discoverability; provide SME on integrating Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform and Azure data into Dataverse; train ONR Global CIO KM Team on Dataverse fundamentals. Requires documented successful completion of a Microsoft Dataverse Certification course and 3 years of experience in managing Dataverse instances, operating and editing Data Tables, enforcing governance policies, and working with Power Apps; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; working knowledge of the Naval Research and Development Establishment.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Dataverse Certification
- 3 years of experience managing Dataverse instances
- 3 years of experience operating, maintaining and editing Data Tables in Microsoft Dataverse
- 3 years of experience in managing and enforcing Microsoft Dataverse governance policies
- 3 years of experience in operating, maintaining and editing Microsoft Power Apps
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Working knowledge of the Naval Research and Development Establishment
