Job Summary
Client Communications Manager leads development and implementation of the division’s client communications strategies, communicates RPD’s strategic business priorities to partners, provides management guidance to employees across the Division, and ensures consistent messaging delivery. The role involves strategic communications planning in coordination with the division and clients to deliver services efficiently and effectively. Related experience in the real estate sector or change-management familiarity is preferred, and applicants will be assessed on knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies as outlined in the attached Job Profile. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary courses in a communications related field
- Minimum of three years of progressively more responsible communications experience including: working in a large corporate communications environment, excellent verbal/written communication, and writing/editing using communication fundamentals (Canadian press style, tone, grammar, spelling, proofreading) across multiple document formats
- Experience in developing and leading a team, including performance planning and coaching
- Criminal Record Check (CRC) will be required
