Job Summary
Conduct municipal budget planning, rate-design analysis, and revenue forecasting for public and private utilities. Draft technical reports, proposals, and presentations while delivering quantitative data analysis of municipal financial information. Develop MS Excel-based computer models to support project analyses and manage local project delivery through periodic client progress meetings. Build strong relationships with public clients and advance regional business development activities. Requires 5+ years of data analysis experience, willingness to travel, and ability to work independently on specific assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (engineering, finance, public affairs, or other related field)
- Proven problem-solving skills based on quantitative data analysis
- Ability to work independently on specific assignments
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis and large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives
- Willing to travel as required
