Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing one-on-one coaching, training, and skill development in integrated community work settings. Monitor progress through documentation to enhance job skills and educate employers on the benefits of inclusive employment. Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations while assisting clients in exploring career interests and securing meaningful employment. Competitive pay up to $25/hour with flexible part-time scheduling and short commute times near Muncy, PA. Requires one year of experience working with IDD, ACRE or CESP certification, and availability for day and evening shifts. Required Qualifications
