Job Summary
Provide one-on-one coaching, training, and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community work settings. Assist clients in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing skills for long-term success while monitoring progress through documentation. Educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities and advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations. Requires one year of experience working with IDD, ACRE or CESP certification, and high school diploma. Competitive pay up to $25/hour with flexible part-time scheduling and short commute times within 30 minutes of home.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Day and Evening time availability
- ACRE and/or CESP certification required
