Job Coach/Supported Employment Consultant

Job Summary
Provide job coaching and supported employment services to individuals referred through Indiana Vocational Services. Develop and place individuals in competitive employment opportunities, assist with applications and on-the-job training, maintain HIPAA-compliant files, manage a caseload of 20+ individuals, coordinate with Vocational Rehabilitation, build employer relationships for natural supports, and transport individuals as needed. Maintain BIN certification within one year, utilize Microsoft Office tools, and ensure ISP development and monitoring through ongoing documentation and progress tracking.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Indiana Driver's License with six (6) points or less
- Current auto insurance
- Willing to use personal vehicle as needed to transport individuals
- BIN certification required within one (1) year of hire
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
