Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule job coach coverage to ensure authorized consumer work hours are staffed; provide administrative and case management support for supported employment services while also performing direct job coaching duties as needed. Manage schedules, authorizations, reporting, and consumer support services, maintaining confidentiality and agency compliance. Build and maintain relationships with employers, consumers, staff, and community partners. Requires proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, plus a High School diploma and two years’ relevant experience. Valid California driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of office, clerical, scheduling, or coordinator experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid California drivers license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage confidential information, and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
