Job Summary
Provide case management, training, and support services to adults with developmental disabilities at employment and community sites. Mobilize resources to assist participants in reaching career goals, exploring vocational interests, and securing promotions. Maintain relationships with employers, document daily case notes, and develop annual goals based on individual preferences. Connect individuals with external resources such as SSI and Career Centers while ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to frequent changes in case load and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Ability to navigate computers and varying computer software
- Must be able to verify employment eligibility under USCIS I-9 requirements
- CA Driver License
- Clean driving record
