Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to develop, improve, and maintain work-related skills at community-based employment within Ozaukee and surrounding counties. Provide job training in partnership with employers regarding job tasks, work habits, and employment requirements while identifying barriers and solutions to work-related needs. Facilitate social integration and interdependence or natural supports. You'll work independently and as a team, requiring a valid driver's license with a clear record and successful completion of required background checks.
