Job Coach - On-Call

On-Call Job Coach provides needed supports to assure client success in employment placements, including evaluation, goal setting and follow-up services; acts as a liaison with employers to provide training and supports; conducts program monitoring, advocacy, and referrals; prepares individualized service plans and reports; represents the agency in the community; requires flexibility in scheduling and travel to multiple employer locations; may transport clients to employer sites; supports individuals with disabilities in community employment settings and conducts wage and time-study activities as required; position is paid at $21.25 per hour with varying schedule in Monterey, CA.
