Job Summary
The Job Coach of Vocational Services provides on-site job coaching to youth and adult clients with disabilities, facilitating the development of soft and vocational skills to ensure successful employment. Responsibilities include creating tailored accommodations for clients, conducting training and orientation sessions, maintaining effective communication with clients and families, and documenting client progress for billing purposes. Qualifications include a High School diploma with some college preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and web-based databases. The role requires local travel and occasional weekend availability.
Required Qualifications

- Open availability required
- Must have reliable transportation
- A valid driver’s license
- Auto registration
- Auto insurance coverage-minimum of bodily injury $50,000 per person/$100,000 per accident
- Confidentiality and the ability to handle multiple deadlines is required
- Must have own computer, printer, smartphone with data plan, and high-speed internet connection
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with a disability
- Prior counseling experience
- Job placement experience
- Job coaching experience
- Experience within public vocational rehabilitation programs
Additional Requirements
- Must be available during days, evenings and weekends
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus; ASL is a plus
