Job Summary
Job Coach provides supervision, on-the-job training to assist individuals with disabilities in becoming productive employees and reaching goals; performs custodial and grounds maintenance for government contracts to keep facilities clean and well-groomed; requires strong multitasking, reporting, and training abilities, safety adherence, and driving NVS vehicles as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Current California driver’s license, with an acceptable DMV printout and insurability
- Ability to pass a DOJ criminal background check
- Ability to pass CPR and First Aid courses
- Ability to call, text and/or e-mail
- Ability to be certified in Behavior Tools
- Ability to train new employees
