Job Coach (Murrieta)

Provide on-the-job coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in community-based employment settings, offering personalized job training and mentorship to help clients meet employer expectations. Conduct ongoing vocational assessments to evaluate client strengths, areas for growth, and job-readiness while maintaining accurate documentation of progress, support provided, and performance reviews. Communicate regularly with case managers, employment specialists, and supervisors to ensure client success and build professional relationships with clients and partner employers. Promote inclusion, independence, and workplace success for all clients. This role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to travel between job sites in the Murrieta area.
