Job Coach

Job Coach at atWork Australia to empower clients to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills, and take steps toward meaningful employment. You will work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities, help secure sustainable employment outcomes, collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to appropriate programs and services, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance requirements are met. Full training is provided; you should have experience in customer service or client-facing roles, a genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers, strong communication skills, the ability to stay organized in a structured, goal-driven environment, and a current driver’s licence. Location: Caloundra, QLD, Australia; in-person work arrangement.
