Job Summary
Job Coach atWork Australia: empower clients to build confidence and job-readiness, connect them with suitable job opportunities through the Employer Engagement team, help secure sustainable employment outcomes, collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to programs, and maintain accurate records to meet compliance requirements. You’ll motivate clients through tailored activities, support them when at risk of losing work, and engage with diverse stakeholders. Full training is provided; strong customer service experience and genuine interest in helping people overcome barriers are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status at time of applying
- Current driver’s license
