Demonstrates strong communication, organizational skills, and a genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers; role involves coaching, motivation, and empowerment of clients toward meaningful employment.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at time of applying
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to stay organized and work in a structured, goal-driven environment
- Willingness to participate in full training
