Job Coach at atWork Australia to empower clients living with disability or barriers to gain meaningful employment. You’ll motivate and coach clients through tailored activities, connect them with employers via the Employer Engagement team, help secure sustainable employment, collaborate with partners to link clients to programs and services, and maintain accurate compliant records. Full training provided; entry-level opportunity requiring strong customer-service orientation, genuine interest in supporting people, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Must have a current driver’s license and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
