Job Summary
Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey. Work with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities. Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work. Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services. Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements. You will bring experience in customer service or a client-facing role, strong communication skills, and a current driver's licence. Full training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Experience in customer service or a client‐facing role
- A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment
- A current driver's licence
