Job Summary
Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey, while working with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities. Help secure sustainable employment outcomes, provide support when clients are at risk of losing work, and collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services. Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements. You don't need prior Employment Services experience; full training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of applying
- Experience in customer service or a client‐facing role
- A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment
- A current driver's licence
