Job Coach - Lynnwood - Up to$2,000 in Sign-on Bonuses!!!

Provides job coaching and career development support to clients with developmental disabilities; manages a caseload of Community Inclusion and Individual Employment clients; documents activities and time entries; communicates with Vocational Services Program Coordinator and Director; assists employers in identifying, setting up and facilitating jobs; identifies clients' job interests; teaches work skills and promotes social integration between clients and other employees; supports client progress through 1:1 training and ongoing documentation; maintains a two-week completed schedule and timely reporting; ensures adherence to policies and licensing requirements; requires Washington Driver License, background check, First Aid/CPR and Blood Borne Pathogen training within specified timelines; travel to job sites and client locations; sign-on bonuses up to $2,000 ($500 at 6 months, $1,000 at 1 year, $2,000 at 2 years); salary is hourly with a range of $23.00-$26.00 per hour, benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and other programs.
