Job Coach – Kent, WA: support a caseload of clients seeking vocational and community inclusion services, assist employers in identifying and setting up jobs for clients, provide job coaching and career development, promote social integration at work, deliver behavioral and career counseling, and maintain thorough documentation and coordination with the Vocational Services leadership. role includes training clients at job sites using simple, repetitive methods; monitoring productivity and quality; educating clients on company policies; regular reporting to the Vocational Services Program Coordinator/Director; scheduling and file maintenance; and promoting compliance with state licensing. Requires effective communication with clients, families, home staff, and administrative staff, plus strong organization, self-direction, and basic computer skills. Eligible candidates should have experience working with people with developmental disabilities, a valid Washington Driver License, background check clearance, and ongoing compliance with required trainings and documentation.
