Job Summary
On-call Job Coach provides individualized supports to Hope Services clients to assure success in employment placements, including evaluation, goal setting and follow-up services; acts as a liaison with employers to provide training and supports for long-term employment; conducts program monitoring, referrals, and advocacy; ensures compliance with agency policies, safety and confidentiality standards; develops instructional plans and social skill training; performs time studies for wage evaluations and may assist with accommodations and ADA-related issues; travels to multiple employer locations as needed and represents the agency in the community.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent plus one year of related experience
- Clear driving record and a valid Driver's License
