Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community work settings. Assist individuals in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing skills for long-term success. Monitor progress through documentation to enhance job skills and educate employers on benefits and opportunities for people with disabilities. Advocate for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual. Requires one year of experience working with IDD, a high school diploma, and day-time availability. Competitive pay of $18/hr with flexible part-time scheduling and short commute times.
