Job Coach, Full Time Position

Job Coach for a 10-month, full-time position in Glenbard D87. Coordinates and maintains the STEP Program, assists with direct service to students in Cooperative Work Training Class, assesses student job skills, develops on-campus and community job sites, trains students in employment, serves as liaison between students and employers, assists with transportation, evaluates progress with teachers and employers to determine job placement and services needed, coordinates schedules with teachers, maintains records, attends IEP meetings for STEP clients, coordinates with district resources, and supports transitions from school to post-secondary life. Requires a minimum of 30 college credit hours and a Paraprofessional License; experience or aptitude with adolescents.
