Job Coach

Support individuals in achieving meaningful, community-based employment through direct one-on-one coaching, training, and on-the-job support. Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners while monitoring progress and implementing services outlined in each individual's plan. Maintain professional boundaries, advocate for client rights, report health and safety concerns, and communicate regularly with supervisors. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule based on client needs.
