Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community work settings. Assist clients in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing skills for long-term success by monitoring progress through documentation. Educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities and advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations. Maintain a day-time schedule with flexible part-time or shift options, with short commutes matching opportunities within 30 minutes of your home.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Day-time availability
Desired Qualifications
- ACRE and/or CESP certification
