Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience in sales, marketing, job recruitment, or placement is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ACRE Certified
- Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) certification
Additional Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle to visit job seekers and job sites
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be self-motivated
