Job Summary
Assist service members in developing workplace supports to secure and maintain competitive employment in integrated business settings. Provide ongoing training regarding work ethics, conduct, and performance while helping individuals learn, keep, or improve skills necessary for independent living. Transport recipients to and from employment sites as assigned, ensuring privacy and dignity throughout the process. Participate in all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of member services based on individual strengths and preferences. Support recipients in obtaining and sustaining paid employment while adhering to federal and state compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen test
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a High School Diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR and/or First Aid Certification
- Current Medication Administration Certification
