Job Coach

The Job Coach delivers ongoing coaching and supports to individuals to help them obtain and maintain competitive employment in integrated business settings. Duties include assisting service members in developing workplace supports, providing on-going training in work ethics, conduct, and performance, supporting successful competitive employment, and potentially transporting service recipients to and from employment sites. Staff contribute to planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of services, while upholding privacy, dignity, and respect and aligning supports with each individual's strengths, needs, and choices. The role may involve hours that reach full-time, with automatic increases at 6 months and 1 year and a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires the ability to pass a background and drug screen and a valid driver's license along with a High School Diploma. Current CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications are preferred.
