Job Summary
Conduct job coaching to assist service members in developing workplace supports and maintaining competitive employment. Provide ongoing training on work ethics, conduct, and performance while transporting recipients to and from employment sites as assigned. Support individuals in learning, keeping, or improving skills necessary for independent living by coordinating services based on their unique strengths, needs, and choices. Participate actively in planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of member services. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to pass background and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen test
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a High School Diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR and/or First Aid Certification
- Current Medication Administration Certification
