Job Coach

Provide real-time support and guidance to participants with disabilities at their job sites, delivering hands-on coaching to help them complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Use positive redirection techniques to reinforce expectations, build strong work habits, and ensure safety while navigating workplace challenges. Communicate consistently with employers and supervisors to track progress toward employment goals and implement solution-focused strategies for identified challenges. Maintain accurate documentation aligned with organizational standards. Available to work Fridays; requires high school diploma, background check clearance, and experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
