Job Summary
Provide one-on-one coaching and workplace support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, encouraging independence and professional habits. Assist individuals in strengthening skills like organization, time management, and problem-solving while promoting safe, inclusive work environments. Collaborate with employers, support teams, and coworkers to help individuals achieve long-term employment success and complete required documentation. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel throughout Hood River and Wasco counties, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Willingness to travel throughout Hood River and Wasco counties

- Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support
- Spanish/English bilingual
