Job Summary
Provide hands-on job coaching and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at their work sites, including teaching job tasks, reinforcing workplace behavior, and supporting social interactions. Collaborate with employers to develop strategies for successful job placement, training, and ongoing support while conducting regular check-ins to ensure job satisfaction and address challenges. Maintain accurate records of participant progress, complete timely reports, and assist with billing to ensure proper documentation for invoicing and funding purposes. Assist participants with creating resumes, preparing for interviews, and developing job search skills within a multidisciplinary team. Work evenings from 1pm to 7pm in Ottawa, KS, at $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to Ottawa, KS
- High school diploma or equivalent
