Job Coach

Build positive relationships with individuals with disabilities at their job sites to help them learn skills for independence. Work closely with clients, their families, support teams, and employers to assist in building confidence, learning new skills, and achieving professional growth. Transport clients in company vehicles while maintaining a clean driving record, and navigate a company-issued laptop to type at 25 words per minute. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, passing background and drug screening, and willingness to work shift differentials. Earn $22/hour plus benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k match, and paid training.
