Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community work settings. Assist clients in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing skills for long-term success. Educate employers on benefits and opportunities for work with people with disabilities while advocating for inclusion and reasonable accommodations. Monitor progress through documentation to enhance job skills. Requires one year of experience working with IDD, a high school diploma, and day-time availability. ACRE or CESP certification is preferred. Competitive pay with flexible part-time or shift schedules and short commutes near Westmoreland County.
