Job Summary
Monitor progress through documentation to enhance job skills for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist clients in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing skills for long-term success in integrated community work settings. Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of working with people with disabilities while advocating for inclusion and reasonable accommodations. This role offers flexible scheduling with weekly pay starting at $18/hr. Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
