Job Coach - Bancroft School Mt Laurel

Conduct ongoing job assessments with students to identify preferences, abilities, and interests for matching with prospective employers. Proactively approach organizations, survey job openings, and coordinate on-site tours to determine suitability. Work one-on-one with students to develop career plans, resumes, and interview support while explaining benefits and referring them to specialists. Provide individual job coaching and mentoring at employer sites, including orientation to policies, equipment instruction, and safety training. Facilitate social integration by building natural supports and offering sensitivity training to coworkers. Maintain full supervision per Individual Education Plans, attend annual performance reviews, and resolve problematic situations at job sites. Coordinate student transportation as needed.
