Job Summary
Conduct on-site job assessments, skills training, and job coaching for individuals with disabilities employed at host organizations to maintain and enhance community-based employment. Provide direct support within the Adult Employment Program in Camden County for persons served by Bancroft. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience working directly with neurologically-challenged individuals and a high school diploma, with a preferred BA in Social Work or Psychology. Full-time employment is available for candidates seeking to help people with disabilities achieve fulfilling lives and improve their function in society.
