Job Summary
Coach farmhands in daily work while performing hands-on tasks including planting, cultivating, harvesting crops, feeding animals, and grooming livestock. Collaborate with staff to maintain a therapeutic environment and develop progress notes linking contacts to treatment goals. Utilize hand and power tools for landscaping, soil tilling, fertilizing, weeding, and lawn maintenance to ensure the grounds remain attractive and healthy. Feed and water animals, perform grooming such as washing fur and trimming nails, and attend to minor first aid. Work part-time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to physically perform all tasks

- Experience in the human service, or related field
