Job Summary
Provide supported employment and support services; analyze job and environmental needs; engage in task analysis and development of behavior management plans; carry out specific skill training plans for participants; assist participants with mobility and communication in community settings; identify participant needs and address them; maintain detailed records and prepare reports; participate in regular staff meetings and maintain communication with supervisors; requires CA driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be punctual, dependable, have a positive customer service mindset, and show sensitivity to diversity; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CA driver’s license and insurance to drive in California
- 1-2 years of experience in the Human Services field (preferred)
- Punctual and dependable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varying customer behavior
- Must be able to meet deadlines relative to paperwork
- Must have reliable transportation
