Job Summary
Conduct architectural projects from conception to completion, developing design concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D models using Revit. Collaborate with senior architects and teams across all phases, including schematic design and construction documentation, while conducting research on building codes and zoning laws. Participate in site visits, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and assist in construction administration tasks such as reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs. Manage small projects with guidance, prepare design presentations for client meetings, and support budget development. Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality control processes to ensure high design standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of post-professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
