Job Summary
Develop and coordinate architectural construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, producing plans, elevations, sections, details, and permit packages. Assist Project Managers and Architects throughout project development phases while coordinating drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants. Maintain accurate Revit models and drawing sets, ensuring compliance with California Building Codes and ADA requirements. Participate in quality-control reviews and assist with construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination. Work independently within a collaborative team environment to manage multiple priorities. Join a stable Southern California architecture firm with a strong project pipeline, offering opportunities for growth toward Project Manager or licensed Architect roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience working within an architectural firm
- Strong proficiency with Revit
- Demonstrated experience producing and coordinating complete construction-document sets
- Experience coordinating engineering and specialty consultants
- Working knowledge of building codes, ADA/accessibility requirements, and construction methods
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
