Job Summary
Collaborate with the Project Architect to create project documents for bidding and construction, while contributing to the design and construction schedule. Lead and direct the architectural and/or engineering team to foster an orderly, efficient workflow, and craft project construction documents with precision. Diligently review shop drawings, project submittals, and other materials for document compliance, maintaining thorough documentation of code review and compliance. Communicate and coordinate document preparation with consultants, contractors, and team members, ensuring smooth daily business operations. Occasional travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- An Architectural degree
- 4-8 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in using Revit Architecture
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple projects, and adapt to evolving work demands, often against tight deadlines
- Occasional travel
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, or other 3D Modeling, Animation, and Rendering computer graphics programs
- DSA (Division of the State Architect) experience
- Previous experience in Educational, Healthcare, Corporate, and Sports projects
- Exceptional proficiency in graphic, written, and verbal communication
