Job Summary
Job Captain to support project delivery for retail-focused projects, bridging design intent with technical execution. Ideal candidates will manage multiple projects, lead drafting efforts, coordinate consultants, and produce high-quality construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD. Requires 3–5 years of architectural experience, strong communication, and ability to coordinate across disciplines; hybrid work arrangement offered. Open to structuring the role around the right talent depending on CAD/Revit strengths.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or closely related field)
- 4–6 years of professional architectural experience
- strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- experience coordinating with consultants and stakeholders
- ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead drafting efforts and maintain quality standards
- experience with retail project exposure (preferred)
- ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- knowledge of construction documentation and building codes
- Bluebeam or equivalent software experience (preferred)
- pursuit of architectural licensure is a plus
