Job Summary
Develop a thorough understanding of stakeholder visions, operational needs, and spatial goals, then synthesize these elements with design concepts. Integrate equipment, regulatory, and engineering requirements into cohesive building designs while assisting or leading internal planning teams to monitor tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Work directly with institutional healthcare clients and senior leadership on projects of all scales. This role offers a clear growth path toward a Healthcare Planner position within a national architecture firm known for pioneering visionary design and measurable client impact.
Required Qualifications
- At minimum of 5 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
- Experience working in healthcare design
- B.Arch., M.Arch., BID, MID or equivalent degree
- Proficiency in Revit and Affinity Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Registered architect preferred (we will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure)
