Job Summary
Develop design concepts and produce construction documents in Revit for healthcare projects, including plans, sections, and details. Maintain ongoing communications to track project changes, design issues, and budget constraints while assisting with quality control and document compliance. Coordinate all disciplines, review drawings and submittals, and support cost estimates and bid evaluations with the Project Manager. Meet project design schedules and budgets by utilizing past experience to enhance product quality and identify potential misuses. Keep team leaders informed of progress and seek clarity on workflow timelines as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 4-10 years of experience
- Proficiency in Revit
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in working on medium to large-scale project types in a very collaborative environment
- experience with AutoCAD
- experience with SketchUp
- experience with Enscape
- experience with other graphic tools
- Strong 2D and 3D graphic skills
- Healthcare experience
- OSHPD / DSA experience
