Job Captain | Corporate Interiors (OSHPD Experience)

Job Summary
Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents, including construction drawings, schedules, and specifications for healthcare tenant improvement projects. Estimate hours, scope of work, and project authorizations while reviewing code and city requirements to implement plan checks. Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve field discrepancies and maintain strong client relationships. Provide project team coordination for finished plans and material selections, conducting extensive research on vendor infrastructure requirements. Mentor a small team of drafters or designers on a project basis. Minimum 2 years of OSHPD experience required with 5+ years in corporate interiors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or Bachelor's of Architecture (B.Arch)
- 5+ years progressive relevant experience and training
- Minimum 2 years of OSHPD experience
- Strong skills in Revit
- Strong skills in AutoCAD
- Strong skills in Illustrator
- Strong skills in Photoshop
- Strong skills in SketchUp
Desired Qualifications
- 5 to eight years progressive relevant experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in corporate interiors
