Job Summary
Prepare design development and construction documents under Project Manager guidance, assist in project investigation, and produce cartoon working drawings during the Schematic Design phase. Coordinate schedules and budgets with the Project Manager, work with cost estimators across all documentation phases, and manage code reviews and city requirements. Disseminate project information to the team and select drawing presentation methods to maximize document reuse while coordinating with consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience being in charge of distinct portions of projects
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Intermediate understanding of building materials, details, and construction techniques
- Dedication to delivery

- Proven experience as a team member on suitable projects in terms of type and size
